Each client receives a carefully designed meal plan tailored to their needs, following the completion of our M Star Success Questionnaire. This allows us to evaluate your current daily nutrient intake, activity levels, quality of sleep and stress level. Your meal plan will feature foods and beverages that you can enjoy in the long run, and to also help implement effective results from your workout programs.
With 24 hour support you can receive tips, motivation and guidance on the go. Whether it is because you would like a cheat meal or to eat some ice cream on your day off, I will be able to guide you towards the best choices so that you reach your fitness goals efficiently.
Work out sessions are 30 – 45 minutes long depending on the intensity of your training. Each session will include a 5- 10 minute warm up with a 10- 15 minute cool down; that way you can recover from your training sessions more effectively and will also help you avoid muscle cramps and injury.
Discounts are available for group sessions, allowing three or more individuals to engage in either aerobics, high-intensity interval training, and body-weighted exercises. This not only provides a cost-effective option for fitness enthusiasts, but also fosters a supportive and motivating group environment for achieving your health and wellness goals.
